Why honesty is the whole strategy
Most gift shops lean on urgency and inflated claims because it's easier than earning trust the slow way. We're betting on the opposite: that people can tell the difference, and that the difference is worth paying for.
That means you won't see a countdown clock telling you to hurry, a star rating we made up, or a "was $120" price tag next to a product that never cost $120. If we say something works, it's because we checked.
The 15-day promise, in full
If your order arrives and it's not right — damaged, wrong, or just not what you expected — reach out within 15 days of delivery. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund. No restocking fees, no hoops, no fine print you needed a lawyer to read.
Where we're still growing
We're a small, new shop. Some products are new enough that reviews haven't come in yet, and some details — like exact delivery windows — are estimates until we've shipped enough orders to know for sure. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.
