Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders.
Once processed, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@littleupgradesco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. There's no need to return the damaged item. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a free replacement, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@littleupgradesco.com.
