Our 15-day promise
If your order arrives and it's not right, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
What qualifies
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item or wrong variant was sent
- Item isn't what you expected based on the listing
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a short description (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged). We'll respond with next steps — no forms, no hoops.
Refunds
Once a return or issue is confirmed, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement after we issue it.
What's not covered
Change-of-mind returns after the 15-day window, or items altered/damaged after delivery, aren't covered under this policy — but reach out anyway if something's off. We'll always look at it case by case rather than just pointing at a rule.
