Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. We're a small shop working with fulfillment partners, and that window reflects realistic delivery time rather than a best-case estimate — we'd rather tell you the honest range than promise something we can't consistently hit.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive it by email as soon as your package is on its way, so you always know where things stand.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier volume can push delivery past the estimated window. If your order is running noticeably late, reach out and we'll look into it with you.

Need it by a specific date?

Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we think it'll arrive in time. We'd rather say "that's cutting it close" upfront than let you find out at the worst moment.
